Titles on WC-2023

Dear participants of World Championship Naviga Section M 2023, my dear friends,

According to the rules, I have to announce the sad fact, that due to not enough participants to fulfill the requirements, in F3V junior category the World Campion title can not be awarded. The criteria is 5 racers from 3 countries for juniors (we have only one junior participant)  are needed for the title to be granted.
