Proposals to Technical Committee Meeting WC 2019

My friends,

As the World championship Class M 2019 is rapidly approaching, i must warn you that all proposals to the M class Rules must be with me 8 weeks before the start of the WC. This means they have to be with me by 01/06/2019 in order to be acceptable.
