TC Meeting again

My dear Friends,

Please do not forget to discuss your opinions about the proposals. Read them carefully since some of them contradict to each other, so we won’t be able to accept all and we will have to choose.
I have updated the proposals document. I appended my proposals as a workaround of some of the contradictions, we will decide, if my proposals will be included in the discussion at all, or not. Also I included the German proposal unfolded, readable here. Took some manual work, but you can read them along with the others now. (The original remained here as well.)
