NAVIGA NAVIGA GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2025
We are pleased to inform the member countries that the NAVIGA General Assembly 2025 will take place on 8 November 2025, in Kraków, Poland. The meeting will be held online to ensure the participation of all members.
On this occasion, reports from the Presidium and reports from the Section Leaders will be presented, along with other documents relevant to NAVIGA’s activities.
Below is the preliminary schedule of the Assembly:
Schedule – 8 November 2025
10:00 – Meeting of the Presidium and Section Leaders
12:00 (Poland time) – Start of the General Assembly (online)
16:00 (Poland time) – Closing of the online session
Following this overview, the document presents the detailed agenda of the General Assembly, including the order of business items, as well as the reports of the Presidium and Section Leaders.
NOTICE – NAVIGA GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Dear Members,
We would like to inform you that the NAVIGA General Assembly will take place on the date specified in the official invitation.
A total of 25 member countries with voting rights will participate, with 77 votes available in total.
According to the regulations, decisions will be made by a simple majority, meaning half plus one (50% + 1) of the votes cast.
For the General Assembly to be valid, a quorum is required, consisting of half plus one of the countries with voting rights.
In the event that at the scheduled time the quorum is not reached, the General Assembly will reconvene after 30 minutes and will proceed with the countries present, applying the same voting rules (simple majority – half plus one).

-Opening and welcome of the members by the presidents of NAVIGA.
-Naming of delegates and approving their right to vote.
-Notice of the decision ability.
-Approval of the agenda, voting on urgent matters not covered in the agenda and acceptance of late proposals.
-Report of the presidium on their work since the last General Assembly.
-Report of the section leaders
-Report of the treasurer
-Acceptance of new members and exclusions of members
-Proposals for organizing European and world championships
-Proposals and discussions (made in time and late ones )
-Discussion and vote about acceptance of new rules of the sections
-Anything not covered by the agenda
-End of the General Assembly.
