About

Section A/B deals with tethered model boats. Those boats drive as fast as possible around a massive central pole. The goal is, to do this as fast as possible. The boats have to touch the water while doing so. Speeds achieved range from 200 km/h to up to 280 km/h

The classes are:

• A1 – motor size 3,5 cm^3, useing a conventional ship propeller
• A2 – motor size 7,5 cm^3, useing a conventional ship propeller
• A3 – motor size 10 cm^3, useing a conventional ship propeller
• B1 – motor size 2,5 cm^3, useing an air propeller
