Hello collegues,

I would like to put the following text on the Naviga website for public view:

Dear collegues in the M section,

As it has always been tradition, there will be a technical committee meeting at the 2013 World Championships in Gent, Belgium. I plan to hold it on wednesday 7 august 2013 at 20.00hrs. In view of the fact that there has not been an opportunity to have such a meeting, due to the fact that all of us did not see eachother together since the last TC meeting in Murrhardt it is more then due to have such a meeting.
