The registration: 
 The Office of contest accepting the registration of competitors will be active in Pabianice during: 25. 06. 2008, since the hour 10.00 to 20. 00 and the day 26.06. 2008 since 08,00 to 09,30 . After the outflow of his time will become the accepted no registration of participants of mastery.
Starting classes: 
 F2-A, F2-B, F2-C; F4-A, F4-B, F4-C; F6, F7, F-DS, F-NSS-A, F-NSS-B, F-NSS-C i F-NSS-D ( In all classes one foresaw playing of age groups: the junior and the senior.
Juniors:
 As the junior one accounts himself the competitor who to the day 31 December the year 2008 did not finish19 year of life ( born in the year 1990 and younger ).
Notifications of competitors: 
 In etery class and the age group the national Organization has the right to the notification of 5 senior , 7 junior - competittors and curent World champions ( Petersburg 2007 ) and Champions of Europe ( Glowno 2006 ).
With the base acknowledgeable of the title of the Master of Europe in the age group of juniors must be the participation of 6 competitors starting from 3 countries.
With the base acknowledgeable of the title of the Master of Europe in the age group of seniors must be the participation of 10 competitors starting from 5 countries. 
In classes F6 and F7 admitted will become the title of the Master of Europe at the start at least 4 competitors ( teams ) from 2 countries.
In other cases these classes will become played as international rivalry untitled masterly. 
Organizational regulations:
 NAVIGA NS 2006 (together with changes after the session the Presidium NAVIGA in the day 10.11.2007 - concerning starting charges and changes for classes NSS). 
The condition of the participation and the Time-limit of the notification: 
 The notification of the competitor by the National Modeller Relationship to the class and the age group and the execution of the starting payment to the day 15.04.2008 year

The list of Strands and Quartzs in compliance with the Order of the Minister of the Infrastructure No. 1162 from the day 6.08.2002 and with the appendix the number 8 from the law gazette No. 138. The organizer warns about possibilities of the occurrence of disturbances in strands 27MHz.
The protection :
 The supervision on the place of contest will perform uniform-services. The protection {guarantee} of models performs {executes} every competitor severally. The organizer does not carry the responsibility for the destruction of the model under of the duration of contest.
Flags and Hymn
 Every team of the National Relationship should deliver 3 National Flags (about measurements 100 x 150 cm) and The National Anthem on the record to CD or to the compact cassette.
Prizes:
 1.place – The Title of Chempion of Europe and the Cup.
1.- 3. places – Medals and diplomas.
Etery participant of Championship will graduale commemorative.
