An Invitation to 2nd Open European Championship Naviga
for the section M for the electric racing cutters
from 17th to 20th May 2007

We have the pleasure to invite all electric racing cutter riders to 2nd Open European Championship for the section M (in Moers only for electric racing cutters) to Moers.

After entering one´s name every rider is allowed to the start on condition that he/she was a member of the company Naviga on 31st December 2006 and the membership is going on in 2007 as well.

The company Naviga has decided not to limit the number of contestants of each country and for each class for this championship only. If the number of contestants is larger than 150, some restrictions will be made in each class

As you could mention the first day of the Championship is Thursday 17th May 2007. We have a permission to start the race on Thursday at 2 p.m. in case the number of contestants is too high.

It is necessary to follow some special rules in the premises:
1. It is not possible to train here before and after the race as well.
2. We have to keep a noon break At this time no training is permitted either.
3. Unfortunately we cannot play national anthems during the results ceremony as our 
premises are situated in a residential area.

Crystals:
 There must be entered at least 4 crystals authorized in Germany, otherwise the entry is not processed. Please enclose the number of your own transporders.
Deadline for entries:
 25th April 2007 (according to the post stamp date). 
It is not possible to enter one´s name additionally on the day of the race.
Registration:
 17th May 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the information stall in the premises of the race, if the race takes place already on Thursday. In case the race does not start until Friday, then the registration will be from 1:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. on 17th May 2007. The instructions will be exhibited on the Internet.

Rules:
 Rules of the company Naviga 2007, final races will take place.
Old Eco-rules with circling will be applied.
Fees:
 The fees for transporders, the suggestion for rearranging of the aerials and the fees for fastening of the rented transponders - see www.smbc-moers.de . We have to charge the fee 5,- Euro for the rented transponders a class. In case of a loss we will ask for the full price of the transponder subtracted by the rental charge.

Accommodation:
 Camping is possible in the limited amount, 6,- Euro/ person, please indicate in your entry.
The list of hotels will be enclosed or you can find it at www.moers.de.
Mention also the reference to youth hostels (Jugendherberge).
Miscellaneous:
 It is necessary to bring your own tables and chairs, shelters can be put up, electric connection is at your disposal. Unfortunately, the Housing Authority are asking for a premises fee, that is why we have to ask you to pay 5,- Euro for a shelter.
