Dear friends of sport,
I would like to inform you about the intentions of the NS section
concerning the World Championship of our section.
Communication:
Our main task is to create an environment which would facilitate
communication and the sharing of information about the development of
unions as well as between them.
to achieve that, it is necessary:
- to develop information platform (web, NAVIGA INFORMATION)
- to have the NAVIGA rules translated for the NS section in other NAVIGA
languages and in Russian
The rules and their evolution.
Unfortunately, the section leadership does not have access to all of
the necessary documents, which the unions sent to the sections in the
last period. That is why the new rules will come into effect on January
1, 2003, i.e. before the next World Championship.
to achieve that, it is necessary:
- to obtain materials about the current national rules and ideas of the
unions about the future development of the categories in the section
- no later than May 1, 2002 the section leaders will gather the
proposals of the rule changes from the unions as well as from individual
contributors recruited from the referees and competition participants
- a selection of these proposals will be publicized so that the unions
could think about and test the proposals during the competition season
- the proposal of the section leaders and a narrow circle of the
international referees and competitiors will be distributed to the
unions and individuals on September 1, 2002. They are requested to
submit any comments by October 15, 2002. The positions will be
distributed in the form of a ballot for the acceptance or non-acceptance
of these rules for the following four-year period beginning on 1.1.2003.
- The autumn NAVIGA presidium meeting will approve this proposal so that
it will be ready for the World Championship in 2003.
Dear sports friends, I would like to invite you to cooperate during
the implementation of these priorities of the section activities.
I would like to ask you to provide your national rules (in the national
languages), to submit your proposals for the rule changes, and to help
us to translate the national rules into the official NAVIGA languages.
Also, I would ask that you submit the dates of your international
competetions in your NS groups so that they may be publicized along with
contact information at http://www.naviga.org.
