Proposal change of the World Chapionship FSR |

Current status: The world championship FSR_H-O-V takes too long. For example : Sunday 30th July - Friday 11th August in the year 2006. We have to add 5 or 6 days of the travelling as well. All in it takes 18-19 days. The competitors are not able to be away from their job for such a long period of time and stay costs are alsou too high. |

1st proposal: According to the great number of participants in the championship of all tree categories of FSR it is also very hard to find suiteble usher. And there was found no one for European championship (EC) for several years because of the reasons listed above. Therefore we suggest to separate the WC (and alternatively the EC as well) to the individual for the group FSR V and the individual for the groups H and O.. Example : 2007: WC FSR for groups H and O ( 6 days ) for example in Netherlands EC FSR for group V ( 6 days ) for example in Poland 2008 : WC FSR group V ( 6-7 days ) for example in Germany EC FSR for groups O and H ( 5 days ) in England 2009 : WC for groups H and O EC FSR group V for example Czech Etc. |

2nd proposal: In case that first proposal wold not be aggrred on we require the program of WC to be regulted as follows : At first the WC of groups H and O should be driven off ( oval course )and right after the final ther should be award ceremony and common meeting of Naviga FSR in the evening. In the final day of groups H and O there should be done the presentation and acceptance of FSR-V. And this should be driven off in the following days. This would result that approximately one half of the competitors who do not take part in all groups, would not have to stay for such a long period of time. |
| We seek for the discussion over this scheme durig the meeting of Naviga FSR which takes place in Norway ( during the World Campionship ). There would be nobody from the Czech official because of the length of the stay and high costs. |
