BRIEFE UND VORSCHLÄGE / LETTERS AND PROPOSALS

Dear Peter,
I am writing to you on behalf of the British Hydro and Offshore Team. I would like to put the following proposals forward for discussion at the forthcoming NAVIGA Meeting to be held in Slovenia this year:

1. That the Hydro and Offshore sections fall in line with Multi regarding increasing the number of entrants per country to a maximum of 5 (plus previous World Champ) per class, depending on the number of their competitors who reach the previous World Champs final.

2. That the Country running the World Championships should receive guidance from NAVIGA over how to run the event to ensure fairness to competitors; i.e. 
a) - each of the four heats should be run on a different day
b) - the finals should run 3.5, 7.5, 15; 3.5, 7.5, 15; through the heats.
