| Im Juli 2006 wurde ich in Thale bei der Weltmeisterschaft der Sektion M in meiner Funktion als Sektionsleiter der Sektion M bestätigt. Als Stellvertreter wurde Herr Svorcik wieder gewählt. | In July, 2006 I was re-elected as section leader at the world championship in Thale. As deputy Mr. Svorcik was re-elected. |
| Die Weltmeisterschaft in Thale, die durch den Nauticus und dem Verein in Thale durchgeführt wurde, ist als Erfolg zu bezeichnen. Die Resonanz der einzelnen Dachverbände war durchaus positiv. | The world championship were held in Thale, and carried out by Nauticus plus the local Club can be classified as a complete success. The resonance of all the other organisations was positive. |
| Für die nächste WM lagen mehrere Anfragen auf Durchführung vor, letztlich wird die WM wohl in Warschau ausgeführt werden. Die Sektionsleitung schlägt hier den Juli 2008 vor, da zu dieser Zeit die Jugendlichen der meisten Mitgliedsverbände die Möglichkeiten haben, Ferien bedingt, teilzunehmen. Wichtig für den Bestand des Hobbys ist ganz klar die Förderung des Nachwuchses, daher wurden auch die beiden Standardklassen S7 und S14 eingeführt. Jeder Vertreter des jeweiligen Dachverbandes wird daher gebeten diese Klassen besonders zu fördern. | For the next world championship
several inquiries were posted, more than likely, the next world
championships will probably be held in Warsaw. The section management suggests July 2008, there at this time the youngsters of most federations have the possibility through holidays to take part. Importantly for the continuance of this hobby it is quite clearly that the support of the younger generation is required, hence, both standard classes S7 and S14 were introduced. Hence, every representative of there respective organisation is asked especially to promote these classes. |

| In der Sektionssitzung wurden
verschiedene Änderungen des Regelwerkes besprochen. Leider zeigte es sich nach Erstellung des Regelwerkes für die Klasse Eco schnell, dass eine beschlossene Änderung nicht durchführbar ist, bzw. nur mit großem Aufwand zu überwachen ist. Vor allem traten hier innerhalb des Dachverbandes, der die Änderungen beantragte, Unstimmigkeiten der einzelnen eigenen Fahrer auf. Auf Anraten des für die Klasse Eco verantwortlichen Mitgliedes der technischen Kommission, wurde die Änderung der Regel ausgesetzt und wieder das alte Reglement für Eco in das Regelwerk eingefügt. Der polnische Dachverband hat als einziger Dachverband dagegen protestiert. |
At the section meeting different
changes to the Rules were discussed. Unfortunately, after production of the rules for the class Eco it was agreed that the change is not practicable or only with large time consuming, can be supervised. Above all, it appeared that within the organisation that applied for the changes, there own drivers had discrepancies. On advising the member responsible for the class Eco of the technical committee, the change to the rule was removed and the old regulations for Eco was inserted. The Polish organisation was the only organisation to protest against this. |
| Bei mehreren großen internationalen Wettbewerben, z.b. bei der Europameisterschaft in Moers im Mai 2007 wurde nach dem alten Regelwerk gefahren (Kringeln nach Bojenverfehlung erlaubt). Der Sektionsleiter führte die Startstelle selber als Startstellenleiter und konnte feststellen, dass nicht bei der Verfehlung einer Boje und dem anschließenden Wenden des Bootes große Probleme entstehen sondern das die meisten Probleme durch die hohen Geschwindigkeiten der Boote zu Stande kommen, hier ist vor allem das „ Abtauchen“ der Boote zu nennen. Zu diesem Punkt wird die Tk Lösungen vorschlagen. | With several big international
competitions, for example with the European championship in Moers in May,

| Vorschläge sind im Jahre einer WM bis Ende März des Jahres an den Sektionsleiter zu richten. Der Sektionsleiter sammelt die Vorschläge und veröffentlicht diese auf der Homepage der Naviga und in der Info der Naviga. Diese Vorschläge werden dann in der Versammlung beraten und abgestimmt. | Suggestions are to be directed in the year of a world championship till the end of March of the year to the section leader. The section leader collects the suggestions and publishes them on the homepage of the Naviga and also in the info of the Naviga. Then these suggestions are discussed in the meeting. |
