Report World Championship 2 – 16 August Leno 2008
On 2 August we start this WC. in Leno with the registration from the FRS-H and FSR- O classes in the mainstreet from Castiletto, the reasen for this was that we have use the competiton lake for training ( in the training lake after a long time very hot weather and no rain there was no water anymore ) after the registration from the boats each person get a ticket so that he can make his Free training.After this Free training start the official training for the classes they had to run the next day.

Because we had not a practice lake we create more time for training.

In the morning 7 o’clock till 8.15 hour it was posible to train for the competitor and in the lunch break we had also extra training and we have done this if we are out off the scedual from that day and it not posible was to make training in the evening.

I have make this extra training in the morning and lunchbreak, and if I see that some participants make 4 sessions ( this was posible ) it is more than only 10 min, what I reed on the forums.
That it must be better we now that all, but where not is the Emperor lost his crown.

The main problem was started in the first week from the WC., 7 persons from the staff are moving out for the first price giving after intern problems. This staff was rent in for resque boat, 2 for the computer, training in the evening and price giving, and so we had to improvise from now on.
I will thank the people from Germany for be in the requeboat, the people from Great Britan for take over the training sessions in the evening, the judges for working very long day’s, the working people from the organisation and special the 2 man they take over the computer with in the beginning the helping people from Norway and Sweden thank you all for that.

After all this trouble on this WC I have seen a lot off good race’s and the total off participants on this WC are Juniors 128 and Seniors 447 from 31 countries.The countries are.
Argentina, Australia, Belarusia, Belgium, Bulgarien, China, China HK, Czech Republic,
Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britan, Hungary, Italy, Lettonia, Lituania, Luxemburg,
New Sealand, Norway, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Slowakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Ukraina, USA.

The minutes from the Sectonmeeting 10 August will be send out if the be ready.
