SECTION MEETING FSR V

1. Opening |
| The charmain Peter Schaft opens the meeting with a word of welcome,and hope's again that we may have a good meeting. |
2. Who takes the minutes of the meeting |

3. Calling and registration of present national federations |
| The following nations where
present: Belarus,Belgiën,Chech republic,China,Finland,France,Germany,GreatBritan,Hungary,Italy, Luxemburg,New Zealand,Poland,Rumanian,Rusian,Slovenia,Slovakia,South Africa,Sweden, The Netherlands,Yugoslaviën. |
4. Things from the last period |
| A letter of e-mail was send out to all member countries with a number of proposals,the proposals that we have from the countries and the section we will discuss it on point ( 10 ) |
5. Election of the section leader |
| Vice President Vratislav Svorcik ask the representative from the countries of there are other candidates for the position of the section leader, there are no other candidates.The meeting votes unanimously Peter Schaft for the next two year. |
6. Election of the sub section leader V |
| The section leader ask the meeting of there are candidates,no candidates. Ian Folkson is also the sub leader again. |
7. Europian champioships |
| We had no Europian
championship,and we have for the next year not one country that will
organize this.Meaby it is posible that on Internationale competition you
get extra points, count the points together and the participant with the
most points is the Europinchampion. We have to work this out with the organisation of the countries. |
8. World championships |
| Italy had the intension to make a
Worldchampionship in Leno for the year 2004,but they can not make it. Slovenia have send in one official paper for a request to make the Worlchampionship in Velenje for 2004 again and the meeting was very happy that Slovenia make's the next Championship. |

| Czech Republic: In the distance
from 3 mtr. of the reque boot full speed a red cart. For the judge this is not posible the see this,so we chanche this prposal. Inside 3mtr. full speed. First time: Yellow cart Second time: Red cart Vote about this point: 15 yes, 5 no, 1 - The section FSR have make one extra proposal about the participants. If one country has one participant in the final the country will have for the next championship one extra place,if they have two participants in the final they have the richt for two extra place's.The maximum will be five,and it can be that they have the titlle defender he has also the richt to start. Germany,Great Britan,The Netherland,will have 5 participants.But after the proposal from the section they take it back and take over the proposal of the section. Vote about this point: 18 yes, 2 no, 1 - The Netherlands will have a mixed Worldchampionship again. Vote about this pont: 13 yes, 7 no, 1 - Sweden proposed to allaw juniors to enter the senior classes when it turns out at the championships that there aren't enoigh juniors for a separate junior class. The representative from Sweden section FSR V take the proposal back,they will talk about it in 2004. Propsals from the Section about rules corrections all countries are agree. |

| On the lake for training there has to be frequenty control.And it is not allowed to use one other place for training. |

| France says there is never one transleater on the Worldchampionships for France lanquage. |
